Team Health Check: FAQs

1. How much does it cost to complete the Team Health Check?

There are two versions:

The Free version allows one person to complete the questionnaire and creates a report with a snapshot of their view of the team.

You can complete as many of these as you like for different teams.

The Full version of the Team Health Check is for teams to complete and costs £60 or equivalent currency per team member plus VAT (Sales Tax) if applicable.

The full Team Health Check invites each member of the team to complete the questionnaire.

Each team member gets a confidential personal report showing their own responses while the system produces a full, combined and anonymised team report for the person who set up the team.

To complete the free version or register your team click on ‘Start the Process’ on the Home page at www.theteamhealthcheck.com.

2. How do I pay for the Full Team Health Check?

Payments can be made online using PayPal for instant use.

If you would prefer to pay by direct bank transfer, you can request an invoice from us. Credits will be issued as soon as we receive payment.

3. I understand that the Full Team Health Check costs £60 or equivalent currency per team member. How do I know if Sales Tax is applicable?

We are a UK based company. VAT (Sales Tax) of 20% will be applied to UK companies and consultants using the Team Heath Check.

For companies registered outside the UK, the Sales Tax is not applicable so the cost is only £60 or equivalent currency per team member.

If you pay by PayPal this should be calculated automatically. If by chance you are outside the UK and PayPal fails to recognize this, we will be happy to refund any Sales Tax paid.

4. How do I set up my team to complete the Team Health Check?

Click ‘Start the Process

Scroll down to click on the blue box ‘Register for the full Team Health Check‘ and complete the form.

Purchase a credit for each team member

Credits are immediately available if you use PayPal.

If you pay by bank transfer instead, your credits will be issued once your payment has cleared.

You will see a line for each credit on the Team Management page: fill in names and email addresses for each of the team members

Please check email addresses are correct.

The system now automatically sends an invitation to each team member at the email address you have given.

Login in to the Team Management page to view the progress of your team at any point.

When team members have completed their responses, download the combined report from the Team Management page. You can create a PDF to print and share with the team.

5. Can I check the team’s progress on completing their reports?

The person who set up the team can view progress of the team at any time.

Log in using the email and password you used when you first registered.

Click on ‘Team Management’.

6. How do I access the Team Management screen?

Go to www.theteamhealthcheck.com

Click on the orange link at the top right of the home screen.

Log in using the email address and password you created when you first registered.

Click on ‘Team Management’.

7. I’ve set up the team and sent invitations, but some people haven’t received them. What do I do?

Check you have entered the correct email address (Log in and go to your Team Management page as above)

Ask the individual to check their Spam folder for an email from info@theteamhealthcheck.com

We set up and check our invitation emails are compliant to reduce the risk of falling foul of SPAM filters. However, companies are constantly changing these filters and our emails do occasionally get caught.

Very occasionally, emails can be blocked by a company’s main IT systems. If you’ve used the correct email address and there is nothing in the individual’s Spam filter, please contact your company’s IT administrator.

Sometimes, using an alternative email address to send the invitation email can work.

8. One of my team members can’t find their invitation - how do I resend it?
Log in and click on “Team management”. Please delete that member of the team.  The system will automatically credit you.  You can then re-enter their email address and the system will re-send the invitation.
9. I’ve set up a team member using the wrong email address, what can I do?

If you accidentally enter the wrong e-mail address for your team member, please delete that person from your team.

The system will automatically refund the credit for you so you can then re-enter the correct e-mail address.

10. I’ve checked progress and not all of my team members have completed the questionnaire. Can I get an interim report?

Yes. If more than 80% of team members have completed the questionnaire you will see an option in your Team Management page to ‘View report’. This enables you to download an interim report.

You can download updated versions once more team members have completed the questionnaire.

11. Some team members are showing less than 100% complete – what does that mean?

This means those team members have not fully completed the questionnaire and may have stopped partway through.

If the progress shows 66% this means they have paused at the stage in the questionnaire when they are asked to write some verbatim responses.

Whatever stage they are at, you may want to remind these team members to log in again and finish the questionnaire.

12. I / one of my team have completed the free version by mistake. Can you convert my results to the Team report?

No. The Free version is different to the Team Version which has some additional questions and analysis.

The automated system will not be able to produce the full report without a Team questionnaire being completed.

If you have completed the Free version by mistake, please log out of the system then follow the instructions in the email you were sent with the invitation link and enter your invitation code.

If you did not receive an invitation email, please contact the person who set up the process (this could be your team leader or an external facilitator/ consultant).

13. I’m a member of a team and I haven’t received an invitation email. What do I do?

Please check your Spam folder for an email from info@theteamhealthcheck.com. We set up and check our invitation emails are compliant to reduce the risk of falling foul of SPAM filters. However, companies are constantly changing these filters and our emails do occasionally get caught.

If there is no email there, contact the person who is managing the process (this might be your team leader or an external facilitator/ consultant) and ask them to double check the email address they have entered in the system for you and/or resend the invitation.

Very occasionally, emails can be blocked by a company’s main IT systems. If there’s nothing in your Spam filter and the email address is correct your team leader or facilitator may need to contact your company’s IT administrator.

You can also try using an alternative email address to send the invitation email.

14. I have forgotten my password. What do I do?

Go to www.theteamhealthcheck.com

Click on ‘Login/ Register’ – the orange box at the top right of the home screen.

Enter the email address used to register you on the system and click on the lost password link below it.

The system will email you a link you can use to reset your password.

15. Who gets a report?

There are two versions of the Team Health Check.

The Free version allows one person to complete the questionnaire and creates a single report with a snapshot of their view of the team.

You can complete as many of these as you like for different teams and download the report and create a PDF giving you your shapshot view..

The Full version of the Team Health Check is for teams to complete.

Here, each team member can access a report that shows their personal results as soon as they complete their questionnaire. This remains confidential to them.

Meanwhile, the system consolidates the results of the whole team into a combined and anonymised Team report.

The person who set up the team can download this report to share with the team. They can also access an interim report once 80% of the team have responded.

If more than 80% of the team have completed the report you will see an option in your Team Management page to ‘View report’. This enables you to download an interim report.

You can download updated versions once more team members have completed the questionnaire.
