How the Team Health Check works

Leaders and team members may know that changes could improve team performance. But the time and commitment needed can make it difficult to know where to start. Using the Team Health Check is a fast, focussed way to identify key issues and implement positive, effective change.

The THC questionnaire focuses on 8 key factors of high team performance so you can quickly analyse how your team measures up:

  • Focus on Results and Outcomes is the team focussed on joint goals?
  • Courageous challenge are conversations frank and constructive?
  • Join accountability do team members take responsibility for their part?

Your report

We send you a comprehensive report that includes your combined questionnaire results, team averages, ranges of scores and verbatim viewpoints. Alongside open discussion with team members, you will form a snapshot of the team’s strengths and weaknesses. From here, you can work out where you need to start to make changes for higher team performance and success.
